Steyr Scout Stainless Steel Canadian .308Win

Steyr's submission to the New Canadian Ranger Rifle (NCRR) program. Only total of 15 were produced and 12 are available for sale ready to ship immediately.

Rifle already comes equipped with the 10 round magazine conversion/adapter and 2 10 round mags. Monolithic rail is non-standard compare to a regular Scout as well as the HK style Diopter iron sights that I have never seen on a Scout before. Stainless barrel is also threaded for muzzle brake or flash hider.

All 12 sold. It's cheaper than a regular scout especially if you factor in the cost of the mag conversion & magazines.

regular version is $2500 from CGN vendors.

I prefer the original with the flip up sights over the setup posted

you can buy the adapter and mags to use in the scout you already have.

There was no info up when I posted. Sucks that there are only 12 available. I won't have funds for a while yet.

I know, never feel like buying it but i like the fact it's offered in a package with the diopter, stainless, color, and treaded barrel, this will be a nice aquisition for my 308 herd... JP.

That front sight looks terrible.
