These are now available for purchase.

Pictures will be coming very soon, but of course it does not look much different than any other rifle in our LSS chassis

Anyone put one of these on a Ruger Scout yet?

    What is the weight gain/loss?

I am debating one for my 16" Scout...

Sorry for the late reply, but I had to test.

The answer is yes, but they need fitting. At the primer end of the magazine, the polymer is too tall to fit in. Luckily it's a good quality polymer, so a bit of work with a grinder and sandpaper on that one section and it fits perfectly.

I did have problems with fitting in the 10 rounds, that spring is strong. I sat and loaded dummy rounds and removed them and after that 10 rounds fit fine, no bulging of the polymer that I can see.

After getting the rear nub down just enough to fit the magazine well, I have never had a feeding issue. (Full disclosure, only have put about 50 rounds through that mag while sighting in/plinking)

Now if only they made a flush mount 5 round for the 223 ...
