I think you'll find we are CSR's here not salespeople in the general definition of the term. None of us here have any background in previous lives as "sales" people.

Folks that come from the "insurance or used car sales" type of background and mentality tend not to do so well here.

We provide a high level of service and information for the folks we deal with, which in turns leads to sales. All of the CSR's that work here have a huge personal interest in firearms and for some of us, firearms are and always have been a complete lifestyle.

We are an interesting and eclectic bunch with a vary wide variety of backgrounds and shooting interests.
