Is the retention like the safariland (holds in place with the locking system)

if referring to the the safariland ALS internal retention system that grabs onto the pistol chamber, sorry no.

our level 2 holsters function much like the safariland SLS, hood retention system with adjustable friction retention (kydex tightened around the gun).

Can you make one for a Glock 37? Almost nothing out there beyond L1 other than Serpa-style or custom orders from Safariland

Yes we can, I would need to bring in a mold but wouldn't be a problem.
