I'm interested in doing a pre-order of a government model. What's the slide fit like on these? Id like to do the fitting myself. Also what is the going rate and what does it include?

Do people who buy these have the equipments to finishing them? Or they just like the thought of it? It would be an expensive paper weight if one is not too careful or don't know what thy are doing when trying to finish the machine work.

Do a google search and you will find that there are some jigs available to help finish these. A little less common than the AR jigs but they are out there.
