I too saw the video demos of this new 22. My first impression is that it's okay. Simple operation, easy to make, and probably a decent performer. Not really special though. There are plenty of other similar 22's that are just as good....if I was in the market for a casual 22, & that is what this is, price point would be the over-riding factor in deciding to purchase....

They are already in Canada. For about $520-$550.
I'd be more interested in the new Ruger MKIV
I dont like the look of these.....seems to me they have a ruger mkIII front end and a smith and wesson sdve rear end
