    Yes, that is the official policy.
    But with every phone having a camera, it is pretty much unenforceable.

    Funny thing is, I do have Press credentials there, and have been burning off hundreds of photos each year for several years.
    I got stopped and asked by an official for the first time in several years this time.
    I actually commented to her that I can't remember the last time I was checked.
