How about the HK P9S? the barrel size is legal as well? or it is impossible to have it in Canada?

no it's prohibited. Unless you find one with the barrel weight. I was lucky to buy a rebarreled P9S from a gunsmith who did the job for a customer that changed his mind. It's quite a unique handgun. They don't make them like that anymore that's for sure.

Any chance I can find a barrel replaced P9S in Canada for sell?
There is always a chance. Just not much of one. You are not the only one looking. I have the P9S Sport Group III. It is a very accurate pistol. I just put on single handed wood grip and took it out last week at -27C. It is definitely a unique gun with a lot of innovation. There really is no other gun like it.
