it would go *way* faster if we had access to sub-$1500 non-restricted firearm in this caliber (ie. not fancy XCR). Any chance of this happening ?

Sure. But the first retailer through the door would have to bring in both a gun and the ammo together. Only then could other dealers stock simply one or the other.

Otherwise you are stocking ammo with nothing to shoot it, or something that needs shooting but nothing to feed it.

The Adams arms/voodoo conversions are awesome(had a chance to shoot one down south)and reasonably priced...for around $500 bucks you get the full conversion kit (bolt,barrel,muzzle brake,magazine and wolf extra power spring) im gonna import one myself when I get a price on ammo(if the price is right)
