Without documentation it may be hard to get the refund. Sucks in terms of promises made and not kept. Email is always a better way to communicate.

yeah, hopefully you get a quick resolution. At least you have the product, people that used hoplite got strung for months before they tucked tail and ran from CGN with everyone's money. Hopefully it's just a matter of JBrooks dropping the ball and they fix the issue for you. Keep us posted. I'm hoping it's just a mistake on their end, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating for you.
