    FAQ - Online and Phone Orders

    Our retail store operates 7 days a week from 9am - 9pm MST. Staff are available in store to answer general product questions and even take a phone order, but they cannot deal with questions about online or phone orders that are being processed by our off-site sales staff. They just don't have access to the records. Please see below for information on how to check on your orders.

    Online and Phone Orders:

    Orders are processed Monday thru Friday between 9am – 5pm MST. Orders are not processed on holidays or weekends. If you have a question about your order, please email:

    Please note: if you call the store outside of Monday thru Friday between 9am – 5pm, the general retail staff do not have the ability to provide details about your order and are unable to assist.

    Payment Information:

    Your credit card will be charged before the shipment goes out. For EMT, please email and provide your order number with the EMT.

    Shipping Information:

    Canada Post and Canpar pick up daily at 5pm Monday thru Friday. Any tracking number provided becomes active within 24 hours after pick-up.

    Our preferred shipping method is Canada Post. All ammo and oversized packages are delivered via Canpar-only. All firearms and high value items are signature required.


    All returns must be pre-authorized before shipping the product back. All product must be new and unused, and a request must be made within 14 days. If you have a question about a return, please email:

    When Ordering Firearms over the Phone or Online:

    You will receive an order confirmation asking for the information below and detailing how to send it.
    For all Non-Restricted firearms, we require your PAL Number and Data of Birth to verify within 1 business day. If ordered online, please email: with the details.

    For all Restricted firearms, we require the following information to transfer:

    • PAL Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Place of Birth
    • Gun Club Membership

    Please note: we can not ship a Restricted firearm before completing a transfer. Once the transfer is completed and confirmed, we ship on the next available shipping pick-up.

    When Ordering Surplus Firearms over the Phone or Online:

    We provide photos of the surplus firearm orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Photos may take up 1 business day to sent (excluding holidays or weekends).


    Our company reputation is based on service, and we endeavour to do more than the others and to do things better. To this end we have set certain objectives for dealing with off site sales. It is our goal to have our sales staff respond to your queries within 2 business days. It is our goal to ensure that you know what is happening with your order, and that there are no unnecessary delays in your receiving it. If you have any issues that you do not feel are being addressed to your satisfaction please contact us. Similarly if you have any positive feedback or constructive criticisms we would like to hear them as well. All business owners will receive comments sent to and will respond within 1 business day to your concerns or feedback.
