Key Responsibilities:

Provide merchants with pertinent information regarding general and tactical firearms inquiries
Support B2B platform
Answer questions and feed internet forums about new products
Provide technical assistance on the phone
Data entry in computer program (SAP)
Attend specific trade shows across Canada
Seek new business partners and opportunities
Stay up to date about our industry trends, new products and competitions and ensure our company is aware about these
Keep and maintain existing business relationships
Follow up on orders with brand managers and suppliers
Required Skills:

In depth tactical firearms knowledge
Professional , dynamic and outgoing
Unilingual English or Fully bilingual – oral & written (French and English)
Well-organized
Comfortable in various roles/positions
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Valid PAL, passport and driving license
No criminal record
Salary: To be determined

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week; business hours. Could require travelling within Canada and USA from time to time.

Location: Québec city, Qc. Relocation package available if required
