Important question:

Are these rifles included on the list of recently prohibited CZ 58 rifles?
The ones which have a temporary amnesty, which is effectively pointless since you can't actually use those rifles under the amnesty.

Were these new imports ever prohibited? Does any one have any documentation on which CZ / VZ rifles ARE prohibited and which ones ARE NOT?

I would encourage you to educate yourself on the laws. The prohibition as repealed with the implementation of Bill C-42 There is tons of information on this site, under the swiss arms and 858 section.
