Don't purchase one if the "gremlin" concerns you. Nothing has been done to these rifles to eliminate the "gremlin" it is a fact of life with them. In my personal opinion the "gremlin" has been grossly overrated on the internet. We sold over 7,000 CZ 858 rifles and I would be surprized if we had 20 returned! Yes on odd rifles the "gremlin" was a problem but also a few customers had problems no matter what rifle 858 was used, similar to some customers having problems with the M14 double tapping on then.
