good to hear there is still a chance...

Can you start a GHM9 thread to separate the info from the APC and KH9 threads?

If they are NR great, but then no pistol mags
If they are deemed pistols, then no possibility to convert to NR
    There’s no win win eh.

Mags are TP9 mags, which also fit the APC

    Both rifles.

    No chance of ten rounders

I must have missed something in the previous posts of this thread....
Why is the KH9 prohibited? Too "easy to convert to FA", a variant of something OIC prohib, or just "because we said so"?

" The RCMP SFSS have classified the KH9 as prohibited. In their opinion she is a variant of the "Spectre Auto Carbine" which is prohibited, and, in their opinion, they also determined that she could be readily and easily converted to full auto in relatively short period of time. All things considered this one is not worth my time and expense to appeal. "

So they classify the KH9 prohibited because it looks vaguely like some firearm discontinued like.....30 years ago?
Makes all the sense in the world.
