A brand new product to Canada fresh from SHOT Show 2016, the MantisX Firearms Training System is a revolutionary patent-pending handgun attachment that helps firearms enthusiasts and professionals train more efficiently. While attached to a handgun, it analyzes every shot and generates actionable data you can use to improve your shooting mechanics.

You don't need to be an electronics genius to figure this one out, it's a straightforward process - just connect the MantisX to your pistols picatinny rail, install the smartphone app, and pair the device to your phone via bluetooth. 1-2-3. From there the device evaluates your shooting performance, identifies areas of improvement, and tracks your progress from session to session.

Easy install, helpful coaching, usable data. Get the most out of your time and money and pick up a MantisX today!

It registers the shots and movement patterns just fine, but the app diagnostics are built around handguns. They are working on the rifle version of the app which should be out in the next couple months. But we do have users using the existing app with their rifles anyways.

Recoil magazine had a pretty good article about these. I'm hoping to pick one up eventually. Good to know you have them!

Well, saw some good reviews and some spotty reviews (apparently the dry firing isn't that great). But bought one anyway.

$220, tempting but just over the impulse buy rate. This would be really cool for a new shooter, or someone who just cant quite figure out whats going wrong.

Will the rifle version just be a software / firmware update or will it be built around new hardware? With the software today, is there a way to setup profiles (i.e. different users / guns / shooting left/right)?

The rifle version will just be an app update-no new hardware needed.

Profiles are coming soon....also via an app update.

    Cheers,

    Gary
