Would one of these be able to be used as a shot counter?

It does count shots in the shooting logs, so you could use it as a shot counter
We still have a few Mantis-X systems left, and it takes awhile to bring more in. Secure one before they sell out!
Mantis-X found here
An update to pass along from the Mantis team, they continue to upgrade their software so you can gain even more training value from your MantisX...
Or if you don't have one yet, swing by the store or grab one right here
Greetings from Mantis! A quick heads up on some recent MantisX app updates that will impact your training:
1) Drills. Move up the ladder of proficiency.
2) Shot timer. For shot splits > 0.25 seconds.
3) Data portability. Log into the app and your data will sync with the cloud, across devices, and to the MantisX training portal: https://train.mantisx.com
More to come.
Train on,
Team Mantis
Been using the MantisX mostly for dry training, quick range sessions etc. However I've also tried it on almost all my firearms, rifles and pistols (the ones that have a rail to attach it to anyway). It seems to work just fine if not flawlessly and gives great, detailed feedback on the possible issues the user might have with their trigger pull, hold, grip etc. They've also just updated their app and included some different training drills as well as a shot timer of some sort. Haven't tried it yet but so far from my experience I'm very satisfied with Team Mantis!

Just got a new batch of MantisX systems in stock
A quick update from the Mantis world:
1) Groups: The latest app update allows you to create and join groups of other MantisX shooters. Yes, it's free.
2) Courses: You'll soon see training courses in the MantisX app, which will help you take your training to the next level. Yes, it's free.
3) What do Rudy Reyes, Geoff Reeves, Ron "Instructor One" Holmes, Kris Paronto, and Daniel Lombard have in common? You'll find out soon enough (yes, it has to do with MantisX).
4) SHOT Show: If you're going to be at SHOT show we'd love to see you! Drop by to see some top-secret new stuff (Booth 1959).
Can I get some feedback on the dry fire training of this from someone who has purchased? Good, bad, adequate?
I may not be as good as I once was...but I'm as good once as I ever was
