A thought just crossed my mind;
If the Charger is considered a handgun, that means the barrel is a handgun barrel.
Which then means you could legally shorten the barrel to 4.2 inches.
Muskets? That's optimistic. If they got their way it would be illegal to shoot a peanut from a rubber band.
