Wow look at the stock on that baby! That cheek riser almost does a disservice by hiding that beautiful wood grain!
I have posted mine in the EE. It is brand new, still in the plastic, genuine unfired with two mags.
I don't hunt and am no longer a member at Silverdale, so I don't have a need for it.

What thread pitch do the DA18s come with, or is that a 22inch barrel cut and threaded with a 1/2x28?
It's the standard thread pitch for M14 devices: .595 x 32

What the difference between a SOCOM and non SOCOM?
Socom is 18" barrel with a reversible flash hider and sights mounted to gas block. As latest generation of imports, quality is also reported to be far higher.

I thought the chinese m14s had metric threads as opposed to the standard m14 imperial threads. If the DA18 has the proper .595x32, I'll definitely be buying another m305.
