Quick question regarding Red Dot Sight

The mount type? it looks to have a mount compatible with a picatinny style rail. yet if this is going on anything other then a .22 i would look at other options

Do you mean what type of rail the built-in mount fits? That would be picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail.

I put one on a 9mm carbine and it works wonderfully. I've run a few 100 rounds through and it has held zero with no problem at all

I assume you are speaking from personal experience ? What were the isssues you experienced ??

Most of these red dot types (not an Aimpoint, Eotech, etc) will fit Weaver rails as well, the crossbars are usually narrow enough. I'm sure marstar could verify for you.

yes most of them will in fact fit weaver rails
