Blue Force Gear Clear Out

got my dump pouch today. just out of curiosity but does BFG not put packaging or tags on some of there items?

They have changed their packaging about 6 time now, and in between we would get ones without anything. We also got bulk gov. orders where they just come in a plastic bag.
 
Pretty sure I saw one or two yesterday. I'll work on getting them back up on the website when by a computer.
