I had the misfortune to ruined a barrel on a Remington 7600, i ordered a new one trought my gunsmith in April of 2015, the part ordered never shows up, i asked the gunsmith to contact Remington, the answer that was given to him, was that the new barrel that they manufacture goes to the production line.
So much for customer service.
It is like buying a car, but you cant get spare parts...
