It all depends on quality of ammo, some ammo is lacquered and some bi-metal, quality of powder.... also year of production(new or surplus) and of coarse the factory.
Which one did you test against Czech ammo?
If you test lacquered against lacquered is one thing.
In my opinion bi-metal is better due to the fact that they do not leave residue in barrel.
The Russian stuff I have is packaged the same as the stuff you guys have, I have also some Romanian stuff that looks just like it. The Czech stuff I have is the seller and bellot stuff that comes on strippers.

If I order a can, can you folks throw in a can opener? All of my x39 surplus has been Czech crates or Chinese cans that have pull tabs.
