    NEA15 hanguard missing T marks

Ryan do have install instructions for the handguard. I have the barrel indexed for the gas tube but the handguard does line up with the upper.

***Update*** the handguard is installed but there are no T marks on the handguard I received. Can you check your other stock and see if mine just missed that step in the production line at NEA ?

    thanks

Goes in at an angle and then twist it in

Want do mean twist it in. The handguard is splined to the barrel nut.

I've always just slid the handguard over the nut at the nearest index point and twisted it some it lined up,then tension the bolts.

OK that worked and the hand guard is installed and looks good but it is not "T" marked like advertised. There is also no "NEA" engraved on the side. I'm wondering it I got an unfinished hand guard ?

Is it the slab side or the regular one with holes in the side?

    Mine was the same
I had to cut a new index chanel out for the gas tube to properly line up the handgaurd.
There was no making a nea upper match with a nea barrel nut and nea handgaurd.
For how cheap the 'stuff' is, kinda expected it to be as such.

That's the regular handguard not the slab side, looks to be the newest model.not sure why it's not T marked or engraved.
