RCMP Labs will wait until GSC discontinued the MP40 and then they will create an FRT.
This is another trick from them to avoid to release a firearm based on the look.
Yeah saw one in a gun store in Florida in 9mm. Definitely want. BATF gave it's blessing not sure what the hang up is here
The 9mm version was approvedd by the ATF in the US in Feb 2016, but the 22LR version came out earlier like 2012. Hopefully GSG continues to manufacture both until the RCMP gets around to doing its thing.

An armed individual is a citizen, an unarmed individual is a subject. Gun control is not about controlling guns, it’s about controlling those who use the guns.
