I'm sorry, but in this day and age, any brand that raises issues with warranty or service on their product, no matter where it is purchased from, is committing business suicide. You either stand behind your product or you don't, no matter where it was purchased from. I can't see a company like Troy not standing behind their product, and compensating their local "authorized" dealer for parts and labour.

What's the real difference between the National and the Optic Ready? Looks like a slightly different stock and some sights?

I like the rifle, I like the price. One question, is there enough room in front of the pump to mount a troy 2" rail section so I can put my QD bi-pod on there?

You would require at least two holes in the front of the TRX rail to mount the rail

Right on! I've been saying there should be a pump rifle for competition. Is this non AR mags? If it has non AR mags then legally we could use 30 round and drum mags
with great power comes great responsibility.

    Good afternoon Gatehouse,

The Optic Ready rifle doesn't include folding sights, and has a regular retractable stock.
The National rifle has a side folding stock which is extendable, and this rifle also comes with folding Troy sights.
    Otherwise these rifles are identical.

Please contact us at sales@rampartcorp.com if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,
