    1. Bolt-shaved inferior lips, just like for MagWedge transformation
    2. Cut the front piece of the trigger group (close to the mag release), just like for MagWedge transformation
    3. Mag release-extended up and the lever extended down for the easier finger grip
    4. Removed bayonete, but blued it
    5. Blued the bolt
    6. Blued the bolt carrier
    7. Removed cleaning rod
    8. Shaved a bit of the interior of the mag well
    9. made the insert deeper to accommodate front lip of AK47 mag
    10. installed ATI STrikeforce stock

First couple of cycles there were some ftf, since mags are quite stiff/ new
    after that, almost no problems

I had a classic, andit was an excellent gun, lots of fun,but the mag release made it almost unusable.if it had an AK style mag release it would improve it MASSIVELY
It's not that I'm new to this....I'm just an idiot...

    Second trip to the range.

Jamming/ FTF is slightly improved since.
One mag is always jamming and one is sporadically jamming.
The other two mags are OK

    ===================================
If it jams again on third trip-I will not recommend this rifle to anyone!

Here is SKS-KD with P-Mags-feels like much better mags than IMI Israeli mags and cost also 23$ instead of 45-50$
    No a single FTF/FTE after 50 rounds
The only problem-they are too easy to fall off, so the mag button doesn't hold them as good as IMI mags in this SK-KD model
So, I can conclude that FTF/FTE was not due to SKS-KD, but rather 2 out 4 malfunctioning IMI mags

Originally 2/4 IMI mags were having FTF out of the box
Now only 1/4 mag FTF much more rarely compared to previous attempts
We used GRAPHITE lube, which seems to help to improve mags' function
ProMag AK-47 1st gen mags work awesome:
