First stop, DS Tactical!
The selection of gear at DS is ASTONISHING! So much so that they are in the process of expanding from
4000 sq. ft. to a three storey shop with 12,000 sq. ft.
Let’s start with bags and cases..
I am a big fan of Hazard 4
I was glad they had an Overwatch in stock as I specifically wanted to check it out..i loved it but sadly it
would not meet our transport rules without modifications
Another cool brand worth checking out is First Spear...these just landed at DS
They literally had gear for all parts of you from head to toes
And in between
I thought a Hazard 4 poncho villa would be appropriate for Vancouver rain (ooo shots fired)
Stuff to kit you out…eyewear from Oakley and Revision
Knives
Including a zombie Izula to match my hat
Extrema Ratio and Chris Reeve
Benchmade, including a bali trainer..yay! saved me a trip to W&W and a better price too

I actually have a custom Duane Dwyer version on which that black one is based
And some knives from local maker Peter Marzitelli…coincidentally the next stop on my tour!

And stuff to kit your guns out…holsters and pouches from every make you can think of

I love the Elcan Spectre DR! The glass is so clear and the easy switch from 1x to 4x is so cool
Slings
Lights from Inforce and other accessories
One of the coolest things I have ever seen, the Surefire Beast!
Along with a Hellfire…that’s like $10,000 of lights
Some cool displays like this one for Trijicon night sights
Some neat firearms and artillery on display throughout the store
