I realized after from your pm, you're talking about the tk47ue... it's 10.5" long just shy o f 2.5" Headlamp size, and body/tube is just a tad over an inch dia.

Here's info on the two possible mounts.... they can hold models like, tk09, tk15, tk16, tk20r, pd35&tac, pd32,
These can hold lights with lengths between 4" - 6" (longer) ... as per above models mentioned.
the 00 model, being smaller, and if want to use your own space (some rubber or whatever material to fill the dia. gap), you can do such to hold less than 4" model, that has thinner dia... as long as the body is long enough to fiit in the length of the mount...
example, smaller models like PD25, or few RC/UC or LD models.

I'd go with PD32 as it's one of the shortest and lightest weight models shown as a compatible model.... but if use the smaller mount model, and don't mind to modify/add something to fill dia. gap of the thinner dia. pd25, then this would be good model, cause still more than bright enough for your use, and being smaller lighter, is better... again, not designed to fit inside the mount, but you can put filler of some kind.
Same with model RC09 .. if modify with filler, these smaller lighter weights can work. .... Oh, the RC11 has dimensions that should fit the mount on it's own.... as well.
If prefer smaller lighter weight models, I think using skid tape, to wrap flashlight with, in area that will be inside the mounting ring, may just be enough to help with the dia. size to fit in the mount, or can put some felt material, or something similar as a filler.... and I wouldn't blame you, as all the weight savings helps.....
it's a McGuyver fix, but whatever works to get small light weight set up.
Then can use many of the smaller options like pd 25, pd22, LD12 & few other LD models (21.5mm dia.),
Oh, forget, the UC 30 is also already wide enough to use with the mount (similar to a PD32 in size/weight)... just not model that's mentioned as recommended, but the size works..
