    I played with one at the store today and it was very nice. Feels smooth, shoulders good and I believe it will carry well in the field. Am actually looking for the .223 or .300 Blackout version but did come very close to buying this. I just wish it came with some basic iron sights

    Does this not qualify as a pump action and being as such, would 30 round magazines be legal here?

    This has been talked about at great length. You are correct that a manual action rifle is not limited. You are mistaken in that this rifle is built to use ar mags. The limit is not a function of the rife but rather what the mags were designed for.

    You guys should have given an indication that you were getting these in....you could have dumped a lot of em.....every one of us who still have to wait another month or so for our 308 "pre order" would have bought from you in a millisecond...
