I had the opportunity to tour the facility of one of our distributors Friday in Southern Ontario. While checking out the new rifles in stock and some cool items coming soon, I came across these beauties. The feel and craftsmanship is extraordinary.

The Pedersoli Lightning, pump action, 44-40 rifle is a reproduction of one of the most famous rifles used during the 1890’s by cowboys and settlers of the American West and today very desired by Cowboy Action Shooters, hunters and collectors.

To the original American model, they made important modifications to the mechanical parts to make the rifle more safe and reliable.

With great care, they retained the fascination, beauty and appearance of the original Lightning rifle while at the same time making subtle changes to design out the weaknesses of the original and give today’s shooters an accurate and reliable rifle.




The Pedersoli Guide Master, Stainless in Camo or Walnut Finish.

Designed for serious hunters to hunt in adverse climate conditions, the Guide Master model is COMPLETLY made of stainless steel.

A compact and handy rifle thanks to the short 19” PMG barrel, broach rifled, equipped with a fiber optic front sight and the Weaver/ Picatinny base with integrated rear sight.

The stock is made of American walnut and comes in two options, walnut covered with a camouflage film, or classic walnut. Each stock is completed with a microcell thick butt plate and swivel stud.
