i just tried to order a HS403A and added a box of small riffle primers to make it over the $200.00 for free shipping,,but the $25.00 shipping charge kept poping up,,no matter what i did,,it just wouldn't accept free shipping,had to drop the order completely,of course the sale will be over by the time i can get this figured out,sucks for me i guess,
 
I just checked your maths...The two items come to $219.98 then you save $28.50 on the Holosun which comes to $191.48 which is under $200 therefore no free shipping. Your order must come to over $200 for free shipping. Order some AA batteries or a cheap knife and you will get free shipping.
