For anyone willing to roll the dice, M39-19 is clearly in a nice wartime SAKO marked stock. It's advertised as a 42 Tikka, but there's a good chance the description is wrong and that it's actually a post-1941 Sako.

It's defnately not a Tikka, classic had less than 20 out of a lot of thousands. They didn't make many, and the price tag would be much higher (I'm sure you know this, it's mainly a statement for the non-informed)
However, it's likely a nice VKT in a Sako stock, which happened from time to time, especially during post war rebuilds from what I gather.
Some straight stock VKT's have also shown up, of course, in Sako marked stocks.
