I did at first, but on a legal level, the coated not the black tips would make sense, tho some the appellant rounds would make a nice twack in a range lol

Green tip is not considered AP, it is a improved penetration round and has only a small 17grain hardened steel penetrator in the tip. Black tip 5.56 and 7.62 are dedicated AP rounds with the majority of the core being hardened steel.
