    Some 32 or 68 weight hydraulic oil would be interesting as it is designed to resist water and has added rust inhibitors to keep systems rust free.. it also costs $50.00 for a 20L pail at most stores.

    Minwax, thought about it the other day while waxing my table saw. Seems like it would prevent rust.
