These have been removed for civilian sales and I doubt you can refill them.
Huge hype to get these I remember a few years back.....now you can't even get them refilled......what a joke these were going for like 50$ a pop

Less then a "few" years ago. More like under a year and a half. Now no follow up. Prety disappointed with product and the inability to get it serviced.
