Now you need an ATT to your specified range, not any range anymore.
Still seems like any ranges, at least in the province. But the 2nd point just talks about having CFO neds to approve the range.

I'm looking at the recent letter RCMP sent me with the changes. July 28 2021.

    Under special conditions.

These license conditions authorize the transport of restricted and/or prohibited firearms registered to the license holder within their province of residence by a route that, in all circumstances, is reasonably direct for the specific indicated purposes.

    Continued on reverse.

Transport of restricted firearms and/or prohibited handguns (12(6.1)) possessed for the purpose of target practice to and from all shooting clubs and ranges approved under section 29 of the firearm act.

    Incorrect.
You are still able to go to any range under the recent changes, they did not remove or change that condition.

Sorry to be off-topic. But have you had any experiences with unplanned travel? We want to go on a trip, but we don't have time to plan it.

Hi folks, i want to clarify something wrt the updated ATT rules

Looks like there is no need of getting an ATT if i want a gunsmith to install an accessory on my handgun and the gunsmith is located at the same shooting club I'm a member with and I have a practice session booked there and my appointment with the gunsmith commences right before or after my shooting session. Am i right or would you suggest calling the CFO to confirm that?

    Hi There,

I purchased a pistol online(haven't got it yet) and planed to use it in range. But my club membership is Silvercore which not a range. Do I need to join a range member to apply for the ATT to range? or non-range member is OK to apply it?

    Thanks
