A few questions in regards to quality of the other Chinese ones out there...were the heat shields properly secured and thick enough that it could be used as a heat shield? Did they slam fire like a Winchester original? And finally, were the bayo attachments done properly?

I'm assuming the other ones were well received as I don't see used ones on the EE (tells me the guys like them.)

I have one without the added stuff, and it definitely slam fires, and so far the quality is surprisingly good

Bring in extra heat shields !
I've got a mess of old M12's I'd like to turn into "inferior commercial conversions"
Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.

I would love to have a Trench Version of one of these, would make a great companion to my DA 1887 also.

If it slam fires like my minty original, I definitely be down as I bought the original to look at and fondle. Definitely be down to shoot the #### out of a modern copy.
