They are called Econo because nothing fancy is done to them except a light coat of paint to keep the price as low as possible. They come with one block of LSL (Laminated Strand Lumber). I have started using the LSL from a recommendation of a carpenter friend. Unlike Oak they do not split after a while and they are extremely resistant. They also grip and contour the barrel better.

Made out of AR400 for maximum rigidity and wear resistance. They are parkerized giving them a nice corrosion resistant finish.
