well top one works nothing like an ak saiga
bottom one is already classed as NR and we have sold a few 100 of these in different set ups this last 12 months

It seems to be based upon how it is MARKETED.
We certainly see this with magazines.

I truly believe if you submitted a black powder muzzle loader to the RCMP Tech lab, and called it the AKML-47, it would be banned.
Especially if the promo said "combining the battle proven ergonomics of the AK-47 with time proven muzzle loader technology."
 
I love the wood one.
I sure hope the RCMP look at the internals when they classify it instead of just basing they're decision on the appearance being along the lines of a Kalashnikov.
