What is your first impression: controls, fit and finish, balance, sight and trigger?

I got to see it first hand as well (Thanks Wellen!). My first impressions: Controls - nice big mag release, hammer is easier to cock. Feels great, slide is very grippy as is the rest of the pistol. The grip profile is a little different and the beavertail and overall grip seems a bit higher overall allowing for a great choked up grip in my hands. Balance is awesome, very solid and feels great. The sights are similar to previous ones (front is fibre optic - looks like 1mm). The trigger is really sweet on the one I tried, nice crisp break, short reset. I would say overall, it looks like this is a significant upgrade over the shadow 1. Shadow 1 mags fit too!! Cant wait to get mine. As for the color, after seeing it in person, the grey is quite light - almost off white (compare the color to the polished silver trigger for reference). After holding this pistol I am really happy that I got one on pre-order. It fits into my hands like a dream. Looks wise, I prefer the solid black pistol with the blue, and while I know that I will likely have this pistol for many years to come, I would still take the urban grey if its available first - just so I can get it and start shooting it. Here is a pic:
