Finish is mediocre on these. Where the charging tabs are, all of the reciever around it is already bare metal from me just racking the slide a few times

lets hope it just reflects the finish and not the gun. after all you can always refinish a gun.
I have an original in 7.65 and its blued finish is only slightly better.
I see it as a user, and one that will look better as it get more honest wear and tear.
Looks like you just discovered the reason to get a custom cerakote job done
