If you make an order, an account is created for the email you enter. You cannot log into this account though as it doesn't provide you with a password, trying to reset the password gives no email either. So if you try to order again, you need to use a different email as you don't have the password for the account based on the email you used originally.
But my credit card was charged so it looks like they both went through.
