THIS! I currently use a Bushnell 10x fixed Mildot reticle with tactical turrets. Only because it was pretty much the only one on the market!

Not to mention cheaper to make, so you can spend more on glass.

I love my fixed power. Has great glass, solid turret contact, I know I don't have to baby it.

Not to mention shooting from 50-1000 with a 10x is no issues.

Another vote for fixed 10x mil/mil

Valtro 12's idea of having a ranging reticle as well as a mildot/milhash is a REALLY good one.

Develop a mil dot(or TMR) reticle that has a ranging reticle built in like an Elcan, but that is not caliber specific. This will allow a person to make a range estimate, then apply the come-ups for their rifle/ammo/caliber. There is not much like this on the market that I've seen. It would be like an improved SWFA.

    For the scope:
-ranging ability built into the reticle
    -Fixed 10X
    -Mil-Mil
-30 mm or 34 mm tube
-numerical denotations on the mil reticle scale

Here's what the reticle might look like:

At least a 5x zoom range, preferrably 6x... fixed power scopes are readily available for those that want to go old school.

Quality internals (tracking, holding zero, returning to zero) should be paramount, in other words don't have anything to do with ior crap.

Matching turrets to reticle is a no-brainer.

Reticles.. something similar to moar or g3.. make horus reticles an option for those that want them.

    Ffp, 34mm tube.

    10mil/20moa per rotation

    Zero stop.. tooless if possible.

Locking turrets. I could take them or leave them

    Illumination.

It would be great if you could bring the production or at least assembly to Canada. Canadian jobs, Canadian quality, Canadian product.

Please don't clutter up the centre of the crosshairs, an opened up centre with a 1/2 MOA dot like the vortex CQMR reticle would appeal to me, not a fan of thick crosshairs or busy centres.
