YES, it has a chrome lined barrel! Hammer forged even and controlled round feed...very nice
I love mine - so dang accurate! I've got the 24" barrel and I was shooting 10" groups (only 5" vertical on a gusty day but I know I can't call it a 5"x10" group lol) 5 shots with 168gr gmm at 950 yards 
. It's a half inch gun at 100 yards and a chromed barrel lol! I just wish I could find one in 300 win because I'd pick one of those up pronto! North Sylvia, can you get any of them in 300 wsm?
