If you held one you would understand. The Tar-21 vs the CTAR is a matter of 3.5" difference, but it feels like there is a much greater difference, so 5.5" on the x95 would feel hugely different.

So, I suppose IRUNGUNS would be a good source to import a 13' model, semi-auto model (SBR) when they get released in the US?
Just to be clear.... are they not coming in this shipment or ever?
I am going to go with "ever" because Jon did not csound like he wanted to sit on them and end up selling them heavily discounted years later like NS did with the CTARs. I think the best plan of attack will be to order an SBR kit for your NR x95 in Q4 of this year from IWI US through IRG.
