I was shooting good ammo (non-corrisive) so all I did was a good barrel and action cleaning and oiling. I haven't tried taking it apart yet. Going to have to figure it out though because I've got a ____ ton of corrosive on the way.

I will probably get one. People say the SKS is only a '$200 gun' however it is very tough and reliable (and fun), the fact that it happens to be inexpensive is a bonus.

I have serveral, some totally stock and some with mods. Also have 858's and I still like this Scorpio a lot. I also want to encourage companies like NS to try new things like this.

The overhead pic showing how slim the whole package is impressed me a lot.

I actually like the fact that it is held together with flush mount hex screws. Makes it higher quality in my eyes.

I am not a soldier in the field and enjoy the time spent taking apart and cleaning my toys.

Recognize it for what it is or could be to you. I agree it is not for everyone, but what is?

I will do a range report with video. Will also do video of take down and assembly also as there is very little about this gun on the web that I could find.
