Well to be fair, I dont have to do either. I emailed them from their website. Its their problem for not responding not mine. They lost the sale not me. I ended up buying $3000 worth of things that I was prepared to buy from Tenda. I ended up getting it cheaper elsewhere in the end. Never heard of a place that doesnt respond to email and you HAVE to call them.
