I tried applying the discount code and all that happened was that it said I entered a promo code for free shipping.
During checkout I received neither the 10 percent nor the free shipping??
I'm hesitant to place an order now,
What am I doing wrong?

How's the processing going for Black Friday orders? I can imagine you're busy. I ordered an Elcan and MRD mount on Friday and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. . I'll probably be checking the mail every 2 hours until it gets here. The struggle is real.
