Light bullets it will work.4895 is a very versatile powder but magnums like slower powders best. The addition of D4895 D4350 and D4831 would be an awesome line up

Hodgdon doesn't list 4895 for 7mm Rem Mag.. that's what 4831 is for. VV N160 works well too.
Ok thanks, so I guess the keg for pistols and 10lb of the 4895 and hopefully some others as they become available! I will need others anyway for 9.3x62 and .338LM.

This is great for the Canadian market. We've been shafted by powder prices for many years. While 4198 is good to have, 4895 is so much more flexible in terms of calibre that it would be worth buying in real quantity. Given the bulk grade of the powder, buying large quantities is probably necessary to avoid repeated load tweaking.

Kudos to Canada Ammo and eyes out for the 4895.

D4350 is what I came to ask for too! (It's a popular powder for a reason!)

Less broad market appeal but LeverDevolution powder would be swell too.

Good on Canada Ammo for bringing in some affordable powder to market. If a HP 38 or HS6 equivalent becomes available, I'll be on it like a fat kid on candy.
